AZCL strictly enforce the ¡°zero-tolerance¡± policy for business bribery of Allianz Group. To facilitate customers and business partners to know about our policy for business bribery and support us in the purpose, we hereby make announcement on the main contents of our anti-bribery policy as following according to relevant stipulations of Allianz Group as well as the local government¡¯s policy on combating business bribery:

| Irrespective hereof, situations may arise which do not constitute corruption or bribery but may allow the judgement of our employees, customers and business partners to be compromised. AZCL will try all endeavor to avoid such situations. |

| The acceptance of gifts and benefits is generally prohibited, if the interests of AZCL are affected or the professional independence of the employees may be jeopardized, be it real or be it apparent. |

| To be in line with the business courtesy, the acceptance of gifts and other benefits is permitted for AZCL employees if the value of gifts does not exceed an stipulated assessment level. |

| No benefit should be given or invitation to entertainment made by AZCL employees with the intention to obtain improper business advantages. |

| No benefit or invitation to entertainment should be in conflict with the business ethics and compliance rules and standards of the recipient and/or invitee or local business standards. |

| Any granting of benefits must be fully transparent. |
